Depression has been lurking in the shadows lately. She's got quite a foothold on me and while I have managed to keep afloat, it has not been easy. I've been keeping myself busy, surrounding myself with people and keeping my eyes on Christ.

Prayer seems like such a simple concept. Yet the very essence of prayer, being in communion with Christ, does not come naturally. To live on prayer is a daily decision, and yet Christ sustains us even when we choose not to pray. "chances are you are doing it right now." See Danielle's personal take on the idea.
